PROJECT: SHOWHOUSE - GALWAY
SERVICES: Full interior design, project management and staging of show house. Standard interior finishes for all properties within the complete housing development were also specified.
BRIEF: Working on behalf of a developer, we aimed to create a young, sophisticated and fresh interior. This would appeal to a range of potential purchasers from first time buyers to downsizers.
The flooring throughout the ground floor is a grey smoky washed oak while upstairs carpets use a charcoal textured wool. Joinery is kept simple. Fabric patterns are mainly geometric and small scale using subtle colours.
The design of the living room’s bespoke wall-to-wall units creates a focal point while accessories add individuality and character. We’ve added elements of fun and pops of vibrant colour. These create talking points against the otherwise understated neutral backdrops.
